WHAT:   Keynote address on "The Politics of Prevention" at the 14th
        annual National HIV/AIDS Update Conference, sponsored by the
        American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR).

        Pelosi will join experts in addressing the current controversy
        regarding the efficacy of HIV prevention programs and recent
        criticism centering around the issue of sexual explicitness
        and claims of obscenity.
