WHAT:   On Monday, March 20th Patrick Kloepfer served as a member of
        a special 'Vendor Challenge Panel,' focusing on Mobile and
        Remote Management. Moderator Eric Paulak, research director
        of Gartner Group, along with other Gartner Group analysts
        asked the panelists questions regarding their plans for
        future products, services and support. Members of the
        audience were also invited to ask questions of the panelists.

        James P. Delande's `Education Session' will focus on network
        infrastructure selection criteria and explore the impact of
        various choices on e-business goals and overall performance.
