Enterix, a leading provider of colon cancer screening technology, invited to renowned health care conference attended by elite members of the investment community

WHAT:    The 2002 Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) World
         Markets Health Care Conference provides a forum for
         approximately 200 public and private pharmaceutical,
         biotechnology, medical device and health service companies to
         communicate directly with the investment community. The
         conference will be attended by more than 1,000 health care
         executives and investors.

WHY:     Enterix will be exhibiting at the conference and will be
         available to present its business model and strategy
         supporting the national availability of !nSure, the first
         annual colorectal cancer screening test that is simple,
         accurate, inexpensive and non-invasive. Colorectal cancer,
         commonly known as colon cancer, is the second leading cause
         of cancer deaths in the U.S., behind lung cancer. According
         to the American Cancer Society, this year an estimated
         150,000 cases will be diagnosed and more than 55,000 people
         in the U.S. will die from the disease. If detected early,
         colon cancer is highly curable, with a 90 percent five-year
         survival rate. However, due to a lack of routine screening,
         fewer than 40 percent of colon cancer cases are found at an
         early stage, which has resulted in the need for more
         efficient routine screening procedures for colon cancer.
         !nSure received FDA approval in 2001 and continues to work
         closely with medical researchers, practitioners and
         insurance providers to create awareness regarding the
         necessity to provide national access to an effective, annual
         colon cancer screening test.
