The Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) and the National
Council on Economic Education (NCEE) Thursday will announce a new
series of educational seminars for first-time homebuyers.

The seminar curriculum is designed to help California families achieve
their dream of home ownership while providing information on how to
avoid unscrupulous lending practices.
