President Constantine Papadakis will be pulling double duty as host and grill master for upwards of 600 students, faculty and staff at an Independence Day celebration continuation bash in celebration of the tremendous success of the University's Office of Research and Graduate Studies. Why: Through the efforts of the Office of Research and Graduate Studies, Drexel has doubled its awarded research dollars since 1997, two years ahead of the five-year plan Five-Year Plan, Soviet economic practice of planning to augment agricultural and industrial output by designated quotas for a limited period of usually five years.
