WHAT: Media and Analyst Preview Panel
      Some of the industry's most noted thought leaders will come
      together for a COMDEX-hosted panel debate focused on practical
      innovation - technologies that will stimulate growth in the
      current climate and beyond. The Panel will debate the
      opportunities and obstacles to recovery in five key areas of
      innovation that have the potential to significantly drive short
      to medium-term growth and productivity, they include: wireless,
      security, enterprise integration, digital lifestyles, and web
      services. Additionally, Panel attendees will receive an
      exclusive sneak preview of the most anticipated products,
      services, activities and trends to be showcased at this year's
      COMDEX Fall 2002.

WHEN: The Media and Analyst Preview Panel will take place on Sunday,
      November 17 from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Las Vegas MGM Grand
      Hotel, conference room number 114. Tickets for media and analyst
      priority seating at the Bill Gates opening keynote will be
      distributed at the end of the COMDEX Preview Panel presentation.

      You may pick up your badge at Media/Analyst Registration located
      at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall 2
      (C2 Entrance). Please bring a business card and a government
      issued photo identification card (i.e., driver's license or
      passport). You must have your COMDEX Fall 2002 Media/Analyst
      badge with you to attend the Media and Analyst Preview Panel.
