ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2001

CMGI, Inc. (Nasdaq: CMGI), a leading global Internet operating and development company, will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, December 19, 2001, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at The Andover Country Club (60 Canterbury Street; Andover, Massachusetts). The meeting will also be webcast from CMGI's corporate web site at http://www.cmgi.com/investors/investor_info_webcast.jhtml. The webcast is open to all interested parties, including press and individual investors, and will be hosted by David Wetherell, Chairman and CEO.

Admission to CMGI's Annual Meeting will be on a first-come, first-served basis. An admission ticket and picture identification will be required to enter the Meeting and each stockholder will be entitled to bring one guest.
