Who: Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA), who is in line to be the senior Democratic member of the House Financial Services Committee for the 108th Session of Congress; Paul Mattera, Chairman of The New England Council and Senior Vice President and Chief Public Affairs Officer of Liberty Mutual Group; James Brett, President and CEO of The New England Council; and Kenneth Leibler, Chairman and CEO of the Boston Stock Exchange (BSE).

What: New England Council Breakfast. In conjunction with The New England Council, the BSE is hosting a morning roundtable session. As the featured speaker, Congressman Frank will discuss the agenda for the House Financial Services Committee in 2003.

Opening Bell Ringing Ceremony. The BSE Bell Ringing program celebrates and honors leading enterprises and individuals around the region with guests from a range of industries including arts, entertainment, sports, education, non-profit, business and government.
