    STATS:    A recent Bank of America poll revealed that 88% of
              those who expressed an interest in online bill
              presentment said they wanted to receive their
              telephone bills that way. Surprisingly, more than
              two thirds of those customers said they would elect
              to suppress their paper bill and only use an
              electronic bill.

              GartnerGroup projects that 40 million consumers will
              have signed up for electronic billing and payment by
              2004.
