Song Debuts July 12 on AOL Music's First Listen Exclusively

for Three Days Prior to its Release


WHAT:       AOL Music is the first and only place to hear the
            worldwide exclusive premiere of the Dave Matthew Band's
            new song, "Grace is Gone." This new song will appear on
            the band's forthcoming album Busted Stuff which will be
            released on July 16.

WHEN:       The "Grace is Gone" First Listen will launch at 12:01am
            (EST) on Friday, July 12. This exclusive event will take
            place three days prior to the song's release anywhere
            else.

WHERE:      AOL Keyword: First Listen and AOL Music on the Web at

David John Matthews (born January 9 1967) is a South African, now naturalized American, Grammy-winning lead vocalist and guitarist for the Dave Matthews Band.
