Paul Greenberg, author of CRM at the Speed of Light, will address the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Association Public Sector CRM special interest group (SIG) serving the Washington D.C./Baltimore area.

The CRM SIG provides federal, state and local government managers, executives and end-users who purchase, implement and use government CRM/E-Gov systems with a vendor independent educational forum.

Greenberg describes the public sector CRM market: "Federal CRM spending is expected to go from $260 million last year to about $590 million in 2007, a huge leap.
