WHO:    Acura is bringing the fans to the music through the 'Acura
        Present Jewel: An Acoustic Evening' event. A select number
        of lucky Atlanta music fans will win a trip for two to
        Fort Lauderdale for an intimate evening of acoustic music by
        Jewel, one of today's most popular recording artists.

WHAT:   Through the 'Acura Presents Jewel: An Acoustic Evening'
        concert, the luxury automobile maker will present a special
        invitation-only event for an exclusive audience. Together with
        Star 94(WSTR-FM), Acura will give Atlanta listeners the
        opportunity to win a trip for two to Fort Lauderdale for
        the Jewel performance through a one-week on-air promotion,
        beginning on September 3rd.

        The prize package includes two tickets to the concert, passes
        to meet Jewel during the VIP reception, airfare for two with
        ground transportation to and from airport, one night
        accommodations at the Lago Mar in Fort Lauderdale, and plenty
        of pocket money to experience the sights and sounds of
        South Florida. One grand prizewinner will also receive
        autographed merchandise from Jewel.

        At the concert, the audience will be invited to visit the
