WHAT:    Twentieth Century Fox is hosting the premiere screening of
         "TITAN A.E." featuring the voices of Matt Damon, Bill
         Pullman, Nathan Lane, John Leguizamo, Janeane Garofalo and
         Drew Barrymore.

         There will be a special musical performance by LIT, including
         their hit single "Over My Head," which is featured on the
         "TITAN A.E." soundtrack.
