The CWA will be recognized for its implementation of the "Military-To-Work" pilot program, an Internet web site designed to assist transitioning military personnel in locating and applying for jobs in the Communications and Information Technology career fields.

The CWA's "Military-To-Work" web site was created by Ohio-based Relational Systems, Inc. (RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) Ailments of the hands, neck, back and eyes due to computer use. The remedy for RSI is frequent breaks which should include stretching or yoga postures. ), developers of WinSearch, an industry leading employment recruiting software application. More than 120 military personnel have registered through pilot phase of the CWA "Military-To-Work" program, and a potential 15,000 Information Technology and Communications personnel from the military will be eligible to use the program when it is released worldwide.
