Titanic, will team with acclaimed marine life artist Wyland for expedition XII of the JASON Project, an interactive classroom educational program that broadcasts live to millions of students around the world. The Jason XII program, entitled "Hawai'i -- A Living Laboratory," will focus on the volcanoes, terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems and rich cultural history of Hawaii. As a featured guest, Wyland will introduce techniques for students to help them reflect upon and draw what they have learned. WHO: Wyland, 44, is best known for his huge whaling wall murals throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Japan. Wyland's participation expands the opportunities for students to learn, understand and apply the rich educational material presented by Ballard and his team of scientists and researchers.
