(Sept. 6) --(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE) WHAT: Luxury retailer Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills has joined forces with venerable auction house Sotheby's to host "Full Throttle," a preview of vintage and classic racing Indian Motorcycles. The store's Bar on 4 will be transformed into a "Biker Bar," featuring a rare collection of chromed works of art dating back to 1905, with prices ranging from $22,000 to $100,000. Two significant bikes displayed in the store that are up for auction at Sotheby's Chicago on Sept. 16 include a vintage 1930's Crocker (est. $75,000/$100,000) and a 1951 Triumph Thunderbird formerly owned by actor Steve McQueen (est. $18,000/$20,000). Celebrity attendance anticipated. Models clad in the latest fall fashions and live rock'n'roll band will set the mood.
