WHAT:    The premiere of "Driven," a high-tech action drama set in the
         dangerous, exhilarating world of open-wheel racing, presented
         by Warner Bros. Pictures and Franchise Pictures. The event is
         sponsored by CART, Hugo Boss and The Laureus World Sports
         Awards.

         From the film: Sylvester Stallone, Kip Pardue, Til Schweiger,
         Estella Warren, Cristian de la Fuente and Stacy Edwards; the
         film's director, Renny Harlin; and composer Brian Transeau.

         Celebrity guests: Dean Cain, Rachael Leigh Cook, Emerson
         Fitapaldi, Jennifer Flavin, Jennifer Gareis, Topher Grace,
         Stephen Kay, Sugar Ray Leonard, LL Cool J, Rose McGowan,
         Mandy Moore, Henry Simmons, Alan Thicke and Jacob Young.

         Drivers: Paul Tracy, Cristiano da Matta, Kenny Brack,
         Mauricio Gugelmin, Michel Jourdain Jr. and Jimmy Vasser.
