WHAT:    The Valley Cultural Center will feature DTS Entertainment
         recording artists Larisa Stow and David Alan during a special
         "Concert in the Park" in Woodland Hills on July 15. Both
         artists have new DVD-Audio releases now arriving in record
         stores all over the world under the DTS Entertainment 5.1
         music label. These discs offer stereo and 5.1 soundtracks,
         plus menu screens and video extras, and are playable on all
         DVD-Audio, DVD-Video and DVD-ROM players.

         Following their respective performances, both artists will be
         signing autographs for attendees who have purchased their
         discs during this event. Also, concert-goers will be able to
         experience first-hand these new 5.1 surround sound
         recordings, via an on-premise display with several
         DTS-equipped 5.1 demo vehicles, supplied by local
         installation experts from Haas Autosound and Kenwood Car
         Audio.

         DTS Entertainment is a leading producer of music recordings
         mixed into 5.1 digital surround sound and is fueling a "hot"
         record-industry trend with an expanding new catalog of
         popular, established artists and talented newcomers,
         presented in the DVD-Audio format, as well as exclusive DTS
         5.1 Music Discs.
