WHAT:          The premiere of "Cats & Dogs," a cutting-edge
               adventure that marries live action with computer
               animation and puppetry to tell the story of the
               covert, high-tech struggle between cats and dogs,
               which comes to a head when a maniacal Persian cat
               named Mr. Tinkles attempts to take over the world.
               This isn't cute.
               This isn't cuddly.  This is war!

               Pantoliano, Elizabeth Perkins, Alexander Pollock,
               and composer John Debney, joined by their canine and
               feline counterparts: Butch (highly decorated canine
               operative), Sam (winner of the Purple Paw), Peek
               (electronics expert), Ivy (ex-agent Saluki hound),
               Lou (small rookie Beagle operative), Mr. Tinkles
               (future world leader), Calico (Tinkle's chief deputy)
               and The Ninjas (wily stealth fighters).
