        business professor and well-known commentator Peter Navarro to
        look into his economic crystal ball to determine how all the
        disparate forces will affect consumers, workers, businesses,
        and investors in 2004. He appears as the headliner for the
        Orange County segment of Wescom Credit Union's 2003 Annual
        Speaker Series. Given Dr. Navarro's reputation for candor and
        liveliness, a good and enlightening time should be had by all.

        Dr. Peter Navarro is a noted lecturer and author on the topics
        of macroeconomics and its impact on the financial markets. He
        is a business professor at the University of
        California-Irvine, a regular commentator on KNX 1070 AM, and
        author of the best-selling book: "If It's Raining in Brazil,
        Buy Starbucks." He earned a doctorate in economics from
        Harvard University.
