This state-of-the-art entertainment oasis oasis (ōā`sĭs), an area within a desert where the water table reaches the surface, with enough moisture to permit the growth of vegetation. It can be seen from miles around. Hey, did you know that construction crews have already:
-- moved and recycled more than 400,000 cubic yards of earth to
create the concert bowl and a 45-foot high grassy burm for
festival lawn seating.
-- installed more than 25 miles of underground electrical conduit to
power the facility's state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
-- installed more than 4,000 seats (with 4,000 more to go).
-- planted twenty 30-foot redwoods around the stage and more than 200
additional trees around the stage and plaza.

Oak tree at the main entrance -- arrival and planting set for late

-- Pouring concrete around the giant six-column, misting water
fountain at the main entrance (the foundation and 16- to 20-foot
tall columns are already in place)
Wednesday-Friday, April 19-21:
-- Installing stage curtains
-- Paving parking lots
-- Installing three innovative 60 x 80 ft. permanent specialty
concession tents
-- Constructing wood decks on headliner trailers
