WHAT:           Auction (live and by phone, fax and Ebay bidding) of
                369 film and TV memorabilia items worth more than $1
                million to include sale of George Reeves' "Superman"
                costume from the classic 1950's TV series estimated to
                be valued at $100,000-$150,000.00 and the original
                manuscript from Mel Brooks' 1968 MGM movie, "The
                Producers," and Brooks' original handwritten lyrics
                from "The Producers'" notorious and outrageous song
                "Springtime For Hitler."

                Also up for auction are items from such sci-fi
                classics as "Battlestar Galactica," "Buck Rogers in
                the 25th Century" and the original 1960's "Star Trek"
                TV series plus further collectibles from "Planet of
                the Apes," "Star Wars," the two original "Terminator"
                movies, the "Batman" films of 1989 and 1997, "Blade
                Runner," "The Mask," and "Bram Stoker's Dracula,"
                sketches and illustrations by famed Production
                Designers Harold Michelson and Bill Majors from Cecil
                B. DeMille's "The Ten Commandments," each one of which
                is considered by critics to be a true work of art.

                Other items to be auctioned are Carroll O'Connor's hat
                from "All in the Family"; Sharon Stone's dress from
                "Basic Instinct"; Robin's and Batgirl's masks from
                "Batman & Robin"; E.T.'s headpiece from "E.T., The
                Extra-Terrestrial"; Jim Carrey's yellow coat from "The
                Mask"; Elizabeth Taylor's flower-print dress from
                "National Velvet"; Clint Eastwood's pistol from "The
                Outlaw Josey Wales"; Arnold Schwarzenegger's jacket
                from "The Terminator" and hundreds of other items.
