WHAT:             A grand opening celebration will be held at the
                  CAC-CarePlus Homestead Medical Center, which is
                  owned by Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP). The
                  grand opening party will include delicious foods,
                  music, and live remotes from Thunder Country and La
                  Gran Cadena, with giveaways from the radio stations.

WHO:              Mayor Roscoe Warren will be presenting a
                  proclamation from the City of Homestead to Mike
                  Fernandez, CEO of Physicians Healthcare Plans for
                  opening the medical center. In addition, State
                  Representative Gustavo Barreiro will be attending
                  along with other community leaders.
