ADVENTIS Announces Key Management Appointments.

Mark Bruneau, president and chief executive officer of ADVENTIS, a leading management and strategy consultancy to the converging global information industries, announced the following appointments to the firm's management team.

George Roy, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Roy, formerly senior vice president financial planning & analysis with the Gartner Group, played a significant role in their successful IPO. Prior to the Gartner Group, he held several financial management positions at General Electric, including the Mobile Communications, Appliances and Financial Services businesses. Mr. Roy holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Massachusetts.

Stuart McIntosh, European Practice Leader. Prior to joining ADVENTIS, Mr. McIntosh led PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Communications Strategy Practice in the U.S. and also in the U.K. His experience encompasses major engagements for many of the world's leading telecommunications companies in the fixed, mobile and satellite sectors. Mr. McIntosh holds BSc and MSc degrees in Economics both from the London School of Economics.

Partha Ghosh, Vice President and Leader, Information Industrials Practice. Mr. Ghosh joined ADVENTIS from marchFIRST, where he led the worldwide Strategy and Industry Practice. He was formerly a partner with McKinsey & Company where, interfacing with top corporate management teams, he resolved a wide range of strategic and organizational issues across different industries in Japan, the U.S., East and Southeast Asia and South America. Mr. Gosh has two advanced degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in chemical engineering and an MBA with concentration in finance, information technology and international business.

Chuck Frank, Vice President of Marketing and head of Global Events and Publications. Prior to joining ADVENTIS, Mr. Frank was a founding partner at the Gilder Technology Group and chief executive officer of the Gilder Group. During a six year span, Mr. Frank created and launched global event and publication franchises built around leading edge thinkers like Clayton Christensen, Geoffrey Moore, George Gilder, Peter Huber and others. He will be launching new events and publications for ADVENTIS, capitalizing on emerging business opportunities in m-commerce and telecommunications convergence. Mr. Frank has a background in tax and investment consulting and has taught at colleges and universities throughout the U.S.
