ADVENTIS Announces Additions to Its Strategic Consulting Practice.

ADVENTIS, a leading management and strategy consultancy to the converging global information industries, is pleased to announce the addition of two vice presidents, Will Gordon and Glen Macdonald, who will be working out of the company's San Francisco and New York offices, respectively.

Will Gordon joins the San Francisco office where he will leverage his deep industry knowledge, marketing functional expertise and customer management insights to dynamically improve top-line revenue and earnings performance for ADVENTIS' west coast clients. During his 19 year career, Mr. Gordon has held senior positions at Mercer Management Consulting, Andersen Consulting and Nextera. He began his telecom career as a member of the strategic planning division of US WEST.

Mr. Gordon received his PhD from the University of Denver, and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Vermont.

Glen Macdonald brings to the New York office over fifteen years of business management and consulting experience, focused on the information/communications industry. He has worked extensively with leading and emerging telecommunications companies on strategy, business planning, market analysis, restructuring and performance management.

Before joining ADVENTIS, Mr. Macdonald was a partner at The McKenna Group and previously, he was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers's Information, Communications and Entertainment Consulting practice. He has also worked for Zolfo, Cooper & Co., Coopers & Lybrand Management Consulting Services, and AT&T Network Systems. He has also consulted to UNESCO on science and technology policies.

Prior to his career in industry, Mr. Macdonald was a Ford Foundation Fellow at the Harvard Center for International Affairs and a French Government Chateaubriand Fellow. He also received a Fulbright Scholarship to study in Mexico. Mr. Macdonald received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of North Carolina -Chapel Hill.
