(Nasdaq Small Cap Issues: AOTI AOTI Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland ) ("AOTI") today announced financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 1995. (See attached table). Sales for the second quarter of 1995 were $3,422,000 compared to $3,430,000 in same period in 1994. Net income for the quarter was $161,000, or $.04 per share, compared to net income of $172,000, or $.04 per share, for the prior year period. Sales for the six-month period ended June 30, 1995 rose to $6,759,000 from the $6,157,000 reported in the comparable period last year. Net income for this period was $252,000, or $.06 per share, compared to net income of $240,000, or $.06 per share, reported in the same period last year. Increased sales for the six month period was due primarily to internal growth, as well as the inclusion of sales added by the acquisition of Clayton Prosthetics & Orthotics orthotics /or·thot·ics/ (-iks) the field of knowledge relating to orthoses and their use. or·thot·ics n. , Inc. completed in April 1994.
