ADVANCED GRAVIS COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY LTD. ANNOUNCES OFFERING

 BURNABY, B.C., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Gravis Computer Technology Ltd. ("Gravis") has been advised by Logitech International S.A. ("Logitech"), which now holds 3,813,637 or approximately 25 percent of the issued shares of Gravis, that Logitech intends to continue to reduce its shareholdings in Gravis and may retain an approximate 10 percent interest in Gravis. The Logitech representative on the Gravis board, Otto Kunkel, has tendered his resignation as a director of Gravis. Logitech has also advised Gravis that it has decided to introduce three new products similar to and which may be competitive with products offered by Gravis, two joystick products and a sound board based on a competitive wave table synthesis technology. Logitech currently serves as the distribution agent for Gravis products in Europe and sells Gravis products to one major account in the United States. Logitech has advised Gravis that it would like to redefine its distribution relationship with Gravis.
