ADVALUE AND TAPSCAN SIGN JOINT DEVELOPMENT PACT.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 1995--AdValue Media Technologies, Inc. and Tapscan, Inc. have formally agreed to develop an electronic interface between their systems and to deliver a series of jointly-developed new services to the advertising community.

Under the agreement, AdValue will build a nationwide communications Nationwide Communications Inc. was a media subsidiary of the Nationwide Insurance Company, which operated from 1946 until 1997. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Nationwide Communications owned and operated a variety of radio and television stations across the United States until it sold  network to deliver Tapscan media ratings services to Tapscan's 1,700 radio, television, cable and agency clients. Such services are currently delivered in hard copy forms such as computer disk or printed booklet.

Tapscan is the nation's leading provider of Nielsen television and Arbitron radio ratings research and evaluation services which support its clients' scheduling, planning, media-buying, and post-buy analyses.
