ADTRAN Appoints New Vice President of Telco Sales.

), announced today the appointment of Bob Fredrickson as vice president of Telco Sales.

In this newly-created position, Fredrickson will be responsible for the Company's sales to domestic telephone companies (Telcos) and other service providers. Previously, the company announced the appointment of sales executives to head its domestic end-user and international sales activities respectively.

Fredrickson joins ADTRAN from DSC Communications Corporation, where he served as vice president of Broadband Business Development. His extensive experience in the telecommunications industry also includes sales managment positions with otehr firms providining products to domestic telephone companies.
