ADS to Promote USB with Rebate Promotion and Giveaway Contest.

ADS Technologies Inc., the leading provider of USB USB
 in full Universal Serial Bus

Type of serial bus that allows peripheral devices (disks, modems, printers, digitizers, data gloves, etc.) to be easily connected to a computer.
 upgrade solutions, has developed a nationwide partnership with other USB producers to promote and create better awareness of USB by offering consumers more than $200 in savings on USB products with a rebate coupon book.

This book will be inside their USB product packages through June 30, 1999.

Joining ADS in this rebate book are major companies such as Microsoft, Logitech, Altec Lansing Altec Lansing Technologies, Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of computer and home entertainment sound systems, headphones, and microphones for personal digital media.  and Xirlink. Some of the products featured in the book include USB hubs, modems, cameras and mouse.

ADS is giving $5 off the consumer's next purchase of products in their USB product line that features the new USB Docking Station. The Docking Station is a USB hub and legacy I/O (Input/Output) The transfer of data between the CPU and a peripheral device. Every transfer is an output from one device and an input to another.
