QUEBEC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SEPTEMBER 27, 1995--ADS ASSOCIES LTEE (ME:AAL) ADS associes ltee today annouced its intention to acquire, as it deams advisable, up to 395,237 of its outstanding common shares, representing 5 percent of the 7,904,744 issued and outstanding common shares of its share capital as of September 1, 1995.

The common shares may be redeemed effective October 1, 1995 until the earlier of the following dates, the date on which ADS will have acquired the aforementioned maximum number of common shares or otherwise decided not to acquire other shares and September 30, 1995.

The common shares may be redeemed on the Montreal Exchange, at the market price of the common shares at the time of redemption. By redeeming its common shares in the context of this bid, ADS wishes to offset the dilution which might result from the exercise of options issued under its stock option plan for certain officers and senior management. ADS has not concluded any special arrangement with its shareholders to redeem their shares.

ADS has not redeemed any of its shares during the twelve months preceding the date hereof.
