ADS Logistics Hires Rudy Bland for Truck Transportation Division.

 has hired Rudy Bland as assistant vice president and general manager for their truck transportation division, Area Transportation division.

Prior to ADS, Bland served as director of carrier management for Ruan Transportation Management Systems. Previous to Ruan, Bland was section manager of External Transportation for Ispat Inland, Inc., and prior to that general manager for Burnham Trucking Company, a subsidiary of Ispat Inland.

In his new position Bland will be responsible for daily operations, fleet growth and strategic initiatives. Bland will report to Thomas E. Eatinger, vice president and general manager for ADS Logistics/Area Transportation division.

ADS Logistics, LLC is a national provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions for the metals industry.
