ADP to Webcast Financial Analyst Conference on March 15, 2005.

ROSELAND, N.J. -- Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) announced today that it will hold its financial analyst conference on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon (EST). The conference will focus on ADP's Employer Services business. The meeting will be offered live via webcast and may be accessed through www.adp.com.

Arthur F. Weinbach, chairman and chief executive officer, Gary C. Butler, president and chief operating officer, Karen E. Dykstra, chief financial officer, S. Michael Martone, group president of Employer Services, along with the division presidents of Employer Services, Vince Coppola (Major Accounts), Regina Lee (Small Business Services), Jay Rising (National Accounts) and George Stoeckert (International), and Stuart Sackman, senior vice president product strategy, will provide a business update and present an in-depth review of strategic growth initiatives. All executives will be available to answer investor questions.
