ADP to Outsource Data Processing to Acxiom.

CONWAY, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1995--Acxiom Corporation (Nasdaq:ACXM) announced today that it has entered into a multi-year strategic business alliance with the Claims Solutions Group of Automatic Data Processing ("ADP") (NYSE:AUD). Under the agreement, ADP will outsource some of its data processing functions to Acxiom. ADP's Claims Solutions Group will also partner with Acxiom to provide a broad range of services, including systems integration, information management and data warehousing to the property and casualty insurance industry.

Acxiom also announced several other significant new business agreements, including a contract with Dillard's Department Stores to build an on-line marketing database that will allow Dillard's to conduct more detailed analysis and improve its customer targeting.

Morgan also announced that Acxiom is closing agreements with DeBartolo Properties Management, Inc. to develop a marketing database from information collected through MALLPeRKS, their new customer loyalty program. Work on both of these projects is expected to begin the next quarter."

U S WEST and Acxiom have signed a contract that will allow U S WEST Market Information Products to resell Acxiom's services to smaller companies. U S WEST will handle packaging the database products for a different type of customer, as well as selling and managing the customer relationship while Acxiom will be responsible for supplying the data processing and production expertise to provide the end service.
