ADP names Russell P. Fradin senior corporate vice president.


ROSELAND, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 11, 1996--Russell P. Fradin is joining Automatic Data Processing Same as data processing. , Inc. as senior corporate vice president, Arthur F. Weinbach, president and chief executive officer, announced today.

In this newly created position, Mr. Fradin will be responsible for leading ADP's efforts to identify and grow additional business opportunities beyond its current core business units of Employer, Brokerage, Dealer and Claims Services. Mr. Fradin will also lead ADP's overall strategic planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  efforts.
