National Decision Systems ("NDS") and ADP Employer Services, a division of ADP, Inc., announce the successful implementation of outsourced payroll services for Homestead Village Management L.L.C. ("Homestead"), a leading extended-stay hotel company.

Prior to being acquired by The Blackstone Group, Homestead's payroll operations were managed by a parent holding company. As a result of the acquisition, Homestead needed to completely build-out its payroll department and processes, and called on NDS, a leading strategy and systems integration firm with a robust Mergers and Acquisitions practice.

Operating in an extremely compressed timeframe, a project team with representatives from NDS and Homestead identified critical payroll requirements, selected the appropriate technology, and deployed new payroll systems and processes to support approximately 1,700 employees located at 114 properties throughout the continental United States.
