ADP and Duke Energy select NETSTRUXR.


NetStruxr, the first demand-centric, Internet marketplace See vertical portal and Web hub.  for the corporate real estate industry, announced today the addition of two corporate members: ADP (1) (Automatic Data Processing) Synonymous with data processing (DP), electronic data processing (EDP) and information processing.

IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  and Prudential who are using NetStruxr for the procurement and disposition of their commercial real estate space.

Arthur Elman, senior vice president ADP, acknowledges that the commercial real estate industry was slow in recognizing the benefits of standardizing and automating many of its business processes on the Internet.

"NetStruxr's platform is a method of ADP doing remote real estate transactions with a savings of time, effort and money. NetStruxr's tools will centralize our leasing and transaction processes and allow us to easily assess what we are doing at any given time across the U.S.," he said.
