The companies will integrate Bell & Howell's ePAR systems with the Elite(TM) dealer management system on the Millennia3(TM) platform and the PC-based Alliance(TM) software.

Both ADP's John Gray, Senior Vice President of Development and Technology for the Dealer Services Group, and Ted Fellowes, Bell & Howell's Senior Vice President of Publishing Services, agree the integration will substantially improve the dealers ability to retrieve parts information -- ultimately saving both time and money.

"We're pleased to work with Bell and Howell," Gray said. "This parts catalog, tightly integrated with ADP's leading dealer management systems, will give our customers quick, one-step access to parts information."

"Our customers have been asking for this type of seamless integration An addition of a new application, routine or device that works smoothly with the existing system. It implies that the new feature or program can be installed and used without problems. Contrast with "transparent," which implies that there is no discernible change after installation. ," commented Ted Fellowes, Senior Vice president of Bell & Howell's Publishing Services business. "We are delighted to work with ADP to be responsive to our market's needs with a solution." "This comprehensive solution includes several ADP-designed data exchange enhancements specifically for the ePAR systems," said Gray. "These improvements will ensure that users can access parts information quickly and easily from the ADP applications."

"When this level of integration is complete, dealers will see an improved and more effective work flow rather than islands of automation," Fellowes said.
