The agreement between ADP Telecom and iPass will enable the iPass user population of more than 400,000 mobile enterprise users to connect to Wi-Fi hotspots operated by ADP Telecom. These include:

-- Paris (Charles de Gaulle and Orly), and Clermont -- Ferrand's

airports

-- Palais des Congres de Paris, one of the largest convention

centers in Paris

-- Hotels of the Alliance Hospitality hotel network, which

operates the Holiday Inn brand

-- The Concorde Lafayette Hotel (1,000 rooms)

"For this reason, ADP Telecom selected iPass to be our first roaming partner. This agreement will enable ADP Telecom to welcome a larger number of users and to reach an international clientele for our Wi-Fi hotspots."
