ADP Integrated Medical Solutions acquires Integrated Health Management Inc.; deal expands company's automotive and workers' comp service capabilities to 50 states.

The asset purchase includes two of IHM's affiliates: Medical Billing Review Services Inc. and Apple Health Systems Inc. Integrated Health Management will operate as ADP Integrated Medical Solutions -- Hawaii. Company co-founder and president, Kris Kadzielawa, will serve as the director of Hawaii operations.

Integrated Health Management's current client base includes many of Hawaii's workers' compensation workers' compensation, payment by employers for some part of the cost of injuries, or in some cases of occupational diseases, received by employees in the course of their work.  insurers as well as several large employers such as the City and County of Honolulu and the County of Hawaii.

Integrated Medical Solutions (IMS) is a division of ADP Claims Solutions Group (CSG CSG - constructive solid geometry ), whose clients include most of the top insurers in North America. IMS provides the insurance industry and its business partners with a fully integrated approach to medical claims management. The company's areas of expertise include information management, managed care and review services.
