ADP Increases Dividend for 24th Consecutive Year.

The new quarterly dividend of 13.25 cents per share will be paid on January 1, 1998 to shareholders of record on December 12, 1997. The previous quarterly dividend rate was 11.5 cents per share. The new cash dividend marks the 24th consecutive year in which the company has increased its dividend.
