Under a separate agreement, ADP will provide NetStar training to MBUSA retail personnel who already use the ADP Elite DMS. With these two agreements in place, MBUSA and ADP have laid the foundation for the two companies to work very closely together in the future to deliver integrated retail system solutions.

"NetStar is an MBUSA total information delivery strategy--with features far exceeding our retailers' currently available capabilities. This partnership will help the consumer consistently receive the top-of-the-line quality and service that they have come to expect from MBUSA retailers. Additionally, by implementing this partnership now, we are laying the foundation for potential data sharing The ability to share the same data resource with multiple applications or users. It implies that the data are stored in one or more servers in the network and that there is some software locking mechanism that prevents the same set of data from being changed by two people at the same time.  and application integration between our two companies in the very near future."
