) today announced Partner Perspectives, a turnkey program that enables participating members to generate revenue by referring small business clients to ADP. In turn, Partner Perspectives provides small and emerging businesses with the opportunity to use ADP's outsourcing solutions to help them staff, manage, pay and retain employees, allowing them to concentrate on growing their business. With more than 55 percent of new ADP small business clients coming from referrals made by trusted business advisors, this program enables ADP to recognize and encourage a relationship that will benefit all parties.

The Partners and Their Clients

A participating partner can be a local chamber of commerce, franchise, membership association, consulting or legal firm, business supplier or business services company. When a partner refers one of its customers to ADP, the customer is given the opportunity to try a wide range of ADP solutions, such as direct deposit, new hire reporting and retirement plan services, on a free trial basis. If the referral decides to outsource to ADP, the partner will begin to receive revenue share compensation on a quarterly basis. Partners can provide referrals to ADP via a toll-free number, business reply mail, fax, e-mail or over the Internet.

When new partners first sign up for the program, they are provided with customized marketing materials and guidance on launching the program within their company. Working closely with the partner, a dedicated representative ensures the partners and the newly referred customers are satisfied with the program and the services they receive.
