With the new millennium less than a month away, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP(R)) continues to demonstrate its dedication to ensuring that January 3, 2000 is just another business day. The centers will be located in Roseland, NJ, Sao Paulo, Brazil and Paris, France, and will be staffed by senior management through the arrival of the new year. The ADP command centers will serve as centralized points of information management to monitor external systems that could potentially impede the efficient delivery of ADP service. Special attention will be focused on third-party partners as well as any Y2K problems in the financial services, transportation, government and utility sectors. Upon receiving news of an issue, command center staff will verify the accuracy of the information, evaluate its potential impact on ADP clients and implement an appropriate remedy to maintain ADP's high-quality service level.
