ADP Dealer Services announces the acquisition of Sicit.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1997--Peter M. Leger, President of ADP Dealer Services Group, announced today the acquisition of Sicit MT&T S.p.A. -- the largest dealer management systems provider in Italy. Headquartered in Padova with branches throughout Italy, Sicit MT&T provides dealer management systems and services to over 2,900 clients, including 1,600 motor trade dealers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"The acquisition of Sicit MT&T is a continuation of our Pan-European strategy of providing coverage in all major European countries. This enhances our position as the leading provider of full service dealer management system solutions in Europe," said Leger.

Mr. Vittorio Bozza and his management team will continue to manage the business as it becomes part of the European operations of ADP Dealer Services, which are headquartered in Brussels.
