Under terms of this agreement ADP and Cisco will jointly develop a series of programs that include business development, application service provider (ASP) offerings, professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  and world-class customer support initiatives. These solutions will expand ADP's broad network solutions set by providing jointly developed hosting facilities, remote network management services, cutting edge onsite network infrastructure and automotive specific OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it.
