ADP Now the Only DMS Provider in the Automotive and Truck Retail

Market with Cisco Systems Highest Level of Certification

ADP Dealer Services announced today that its Network Solutions Group has achieved Gold Certification from Cisco Systems Inc.

The Cisco Channel Partner Program provides ADP with the resource framework to develop an expertise to sell, plan, design, implement and operate Cisco networking solutions. To earn Gold Certification ADP had to meet or surpass the stringent personnel, training, customer satisfaction, specialization and post sales support requirements set forth by Cisco.

"The purpose of our Channel Partner Program is to help channel partners succeed in the next market evolution of value-based business models," said Paul Mountford, vice president of Worldwide Channels for Cisco Systems. "With specialization in IP telephony, Wireless LAN and Security, ADP has secured the training, skills and knowledge to play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of Cisco solutions."

"The Gold Certification achievement is consistent with our plans to provide the best trained individuals to work with our dealers," said Joe Bihner, ADP's vice president of network solutions. "This achievement is only the first step in our aggressive plans to increase our specialty services for dealers."

The Cisco Channel Partner Program offers its certified channel partners state-of-the-art technical training and sales training. Gold Certified Partners are recognized and rewarded for having some of the industry's best-trained network technicians who are capable of achieving and demonstrating the highest level of expertise in planning, designing, implementing and supporting Cisco network solutions. This well-trained team of network technicians is audited annually to make sure they are consistently delivering industry-leading support and maintaining the rigorous Cisco standards for network expertise and support capabilities.

As a Cisco Gold Certified Channel Partner, ADP maintains dynamic and extensive lab facilities for new product development as well as for diagnosing and resolving technology-related issues. ADP enjoys benefits including increased access to the Cisco technical support teams as well as access to password-protected Web sites with real-time product and training information.

In addition, Cisco Gold Certified Partners provide 24x7 technical service with one-hour response time for problem resolution, and four-hour onsite response capabilities. These rigorous support requirements highlight ADP's commitment to ensuring its customers that its strategic business network is fully supported.
