Agreement Provides ADP Context

With 200,000,000 Charge Records of Healthcare Data

ADP Context, a leading developer of coding, editing and regulatory products for the healthcare industry, today announced a multi-year agreement with The Lewin Group to access ENVOY provider charge records as a foundation for their general health Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) fee database.

The Lewin Group has the exclusive right to distribute the ENVOY/WebMD data. ENVOY, acquired by Healtheon/WebMD in January 2000, is a major clearinghouse for general health billing information. In 1999, ENVOY's network processed more than 1.4 billion medical, pharmacy and dental transactions involving about 250,000 physicians, 35,000 pharmacies, 47,000 dentists, 4,500 hospitals and 900 payors. ENVOY will provide ADP Context with two hundred million + provider charge records annually, which will cover several medical specialties and other healthcare providers.
