ADP Collision Repair Services Introduces New Computer-Based Training Program.

SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1999--ADP Collision Repair Services (CRS), a leading provider of information services for the collision repair industry, Wednesday released a new computer-based training program that is designed to improve training effectiveness, and save body shops a significant amount of time and expense when it comes to training their employees.

The new Shoplink(R) for Windows(R) Computer-Based Training (CBT) option provides body shop owners with an alternative for training employees from the traditional "classroom" training environment. It is a CD-ROM program and is included with the purchase of Shoplink for Windows.

"Our clients are extremely busy people who often do not have extra time to get trained on various computer applications. The CBT program compresses a two-day classroom training into a half-day session that can be conducted on a computer at the employee's shop," said Drew Boyd, director of field support and training for ADP CRS. Upon completion of the CBT and a passing score on the final examination, shop employees earn the designation of a Certified Shoplink for Windows Estimator.
