The Brokerage Services Group of Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:AUD) today announced the acquisition of OMR Systems Corp., a privately held company, headquartered in Princeton, NJ. OMR Systems provides global trade-processing solutions to domestic and international banks and financial institutions.

OMR's flagship product, Trading Assistant(R), facilitates a straight-through processing environment by providing Trading Room, Middle, and Back Office processing solutions. ADP will now provide this leading-edge solution for support of treasury and capital markets to all ADP Brokerage clients, as part of ADP's Global Processing Solution set.

Over the last several years, ADP Brokerage Services has supported the growth of its global banking and brokerage clients by adding significant functionality to its family of products.
